The **Marketing Automation Specialist** is part of Marketing Operations for the US Region. In this role, you willwork closely withDigital Marketing Strategists to develop andexecutemarketing plans inclusive of marketing automation tactics.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Templatize and test versions of creative (emails, dynamic campaign pages, etc.).

+ Develop a comprehensive set of best practice guidelines to share with the wider team.

+ Place and maintain relevant content for each digital campaign. This is accomplished by managing and creating dynamic campaign pages (Uberflip), landing pages (Eloqua), and repurposing current assets. The objective is to fully utilize existing relevant content across a variety of channels and formats.

+ Build and maintain email templates (general reengagement) in line with best practices

+ Build and maintain event campaign, content, and nurture templates

+ Support Digital Marketing Strategists with the building and execution of always-on tactics like newsletter, blog, and nurture campaigns

+ Develop and maintain sales enablement automation assets

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to create consistent,unified, customer-centric content journeys

+ Upload content to dynamic campaign pages with consistent tagging, naming, and evaluation of content. Follow guidelines to enable personalization, reporting, and optimization.

+ Manage campaign-relevant assets to maintain compliance, including making updates to revised content and being mindful of content expiration dates.


+ Collaborate with Digital Marketing Strategists to deliver timely and accurate campaign reporting to stakeholders.

+ Support Marketing Content Specialist with implementation of processes and guidelines for effective content management

+ Participate in Marketing Operations Campaign Review meetings

+ Support Digital Marketing Strategists with build and delivery of automation assets

+ Build and execute tests for creative content and copy to inform best practices and recommendations

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 2 years ofleading demand generation strategies utilizing inbound and outbound programs in B2B SaaS technology.


**Nice to Have**


+ Strong MarTech stack experience with tools such as Eloqua, Uberflip, Marketo, Salesforce, Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.

+ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills

+ Experience with marketing automation platforms

+ Organizational and time management ability

+ Knowledge of health care industry and regulations

+ Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

+ Experience in marketing data analysis a plus
