The Market Development Specialist of Renal Care Solutions, CEMA, is
responsible for driving geographical expansion and market development of the
RCS portfolio, with specific focus on Renal Treatment Solutions (Bellco
portfolio) by identifying key geographies, developing and implementing in-country
strategies.


The Market Development Specialist CEMA will work closely with the following:


+ Bellco team,

+ In-country Sales, Marketing and Product Specialist Teams,

+ Medical Science Liaisons andMedical Affairs,

+ Regulatory departments(Bellco, Regional)

+ Commercial Operations,

+ Distribution ChannelManagement

+ Distributors

+ Finance

+ Commercial Excellence

+ ConnectMe


The
position reports directly to the Business Manager RCS CEMA.


**A Day in the Life**


Expand Market, by:


+ Identify key geographiesimplementing RCS Treatment Solutions services

+ Develop and implementcustomised in-country strategies

+ Leverage cross-functionalresources


Protect and increase market share, by:


+ KOL Management and focus onKey accounts


Drive adoption of customized high-quality renal
treatment programs through :


+ Conversion to BellcoTherapies

+ Standardizing proceduralapproaches including both Access and Bellco portfolios

+ Full product portfolio

+ Strategic partnerships andIHS solutions


Innovate Therapy by:


+ Develop in-depth proceduralknowledge

+ Help drive adoption of bestclinical practices incl. but not limited to:

+ Identifying clinicaltraining needs and coordinate appropriate account selection

+ Follow-up post-training toensure procedural adoption

+ Coordinate and leverageproduct specialists for in-service product trainings

+ Stay on top of changes inthe field of dialysis access and treatment- and other relevant clinicaltherapies

+ Local dialysis / nephrology/ access Congress and Society management

+ Highlight relevantproduct/procedural developments to internal training dept


**Must haves:**


+ Bachelors degree in abusiness relevant discipline.

+ Fluency in English and locallanguage.

+ Full clean driving licence.

+ Excellent presentation andcommunication skills

+ Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in a Sales / Key Account Management or Market Development in theMedical Devices industry.

+ Additional marketing experiencepreferable.

+ Experience working in amatrix environment preferable.

+ Experience working indialysis environment preferable.

+ Market Analysis: Solidunderstanding of in country customer competitive landscape and relevantmarket trends affecting his assigned disease state / related procedures.

+ Customer Understanding:Strong ability to translate customer data into meaningful marketing insight,proficiency in segmentation targeting and definition of stakeholderspecific value propositions.

+ Business FinancialAcumen: Possesses in depth disease state procedural understanding,understands pricing impact on profitability, uses appropriate metrics tomeasure performance of assigned disease state related procedures.

+ Account ExecutionExcellence: Proficient in developing accountstrategies and tailoring the development of new offerings towards the targetcustomers segments.

+ Commercial Enablement: Cancreate alignment within the commercial sales team and thus optimize marketeffectiveness for the disease state related product portfolio, proactivelymanages demand planning forecasting.

+ SHAPE: Understands thebusiness: understands customer priorities, market trends opportunities aswell as threats especially in the procedural adoption of relevant disease statetreatments.

+ SHAPE: Analyzes Issues:Analythical thinker with a strong ability to think through issues in astructured way, develops insights and is able to derive quality decisions outof his analysis.
