As an internal communication specialist will be part of the site business operations team and will be responsible for communications plans and activities that inform and engage the employees across the Mazor site.

The ideal candidate has excellent, native English level, writing and presentation skills, good business judgment, and experience managing employee engagement projects and communities. Previous experience can include communication roles or marketing experience.


**A Day in the Life**

As a part of you day to day you will:

Establish the infrastructure for Mazor internal communications conduct needs assessment and gap analysis; implement relevant processes, methodologies, and tools

Support key senior executives and various stakeholders with communicating organizational changes, announcements, initiatives, processes, and other presentations

Keep communications fresh, creative and engaging, to drive business objectives, culture, employer brand awareness and employee engagement

Initiate, promote and execute internal communications related projects and initiatives, to increase collaboration and employee engagement such as ambassador teams, employee branding activities, employee surveys, and recognition programs

Ensure continuous improvement by measuring communications impact and effectiveness

Drive key initiatives related to employee branding and value proposition, culture, employee surveys, and recognition programs

Elevate the employees experience through communication projects and initiatives that inspire and unite our employees around our corporate goals, vision, values, and culture (such as newsletters, program launches, updates, SLT letters, townhall)

Propose and lead new event series to support employee communities

Support the diversity and inclusion effort to help build a culture and employee experience which inspires and motivates employees


**Must Have:**

Native English speaker level - a must

Exceptional presentation, storytelling, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) to tailor information and communication style to different audiences including senior leadership

Validated experience leading projects to successful completion, on time and on budget

Passion for employee engagement and culture

Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact employee experiences to a diverse audience

2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and delivering content (internal communication preferred)

Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field

Expert in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant presentation technologies

Native English speaker level

Strong business acumen with the ability to link communications and initiatives with business objectives

Independent, fast moving, who can lead large scale programs and drive influence at all levels of the organization

Team player

**Nice to have:**

Experience in cultivating community in work, school, or volunteer settings

Experience in employer brand management

Experience using data to identify insights and problem-solve and ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution

Proficient in Excel
