To support Benelux commercial team dedicated to our Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) business unit, we are currently looking for an office based (Eindhoven or Brussels) fulltime proactive, analytical and sales-oriented Inside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and a problem solving mindset. This is a great challenge for a person with a strong commercial mindset, customer focus and solid motivation. Fluent in Dutch and English is required and fluent French strong preferred.

**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you will have the opportunity to sell a broad range of Medtronic products within EAR, Nose Throat (ENT) Business Unit. Your customers will be hospitals, and in particular- purchasers, doctors and healthcare professionals.

The Connect Me Remote sales Representative is an office-based role responsible for selling ENT products and service solutions to our customers and thus improving the overall MDT customer experience by a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability.

Your primary focus in this position will be growing maintaining sales revenue supporting the sales execution in several selected customer and product. You will be part of the overall Commercial team in your Business Unit and work closely with the Field Sales, Marketing Lead Generation Team as well as the Key Account managers, Integrated Health Solutions and tender organization.

We expect you to have excellent communication negotiation skills. You have strong capabilities to understand customers prospective customers with ability to close deals with customers to deliver results effectively with drive and team work.

As Inside/ Remote Sales Representative Connect.Me you will work in close cooperation with the Business Unit stakeholders in the country reporting to the Business Unit sales Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors and general market trends

Identifying Target Accounts, Opportunities Customer Priorities, building solid Account Plan and identifying/ approaching Key Stakeholders, Champions and Decision Makers

Promoting assigned product portfolio remotely using all available technology

Leading price contract negotiations

Delivering ongoing product servicing by providing accurate product information, forecasting and active supply chain management

Managing Lead Generation/qualification process

Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers

Ensuring repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process patterns

Improving tender submission quality by preparing high quality supporting documents

Supporting pricing strategy development, assist in tender submission, Maintain accurate tender data base

To be successful in this role very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. You are a strong analytical thinker, you collaborate easily with others, you are trustworthy and are able to build a strong internal and an external network of stakeholders remotely. You think in innovative ways and pursues new ideas that create meaningful innovations solutions for his customers. You like to work with new technologies. Last but not least you are highly motivated professional with positive mindset and perseverance.

**Must Haves**

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Fluent in Dutch and English

Additional French on fluent level is our strong preference (you will work also with French speaking customers in Belgium)

At least 1 year experience with customers. Relevant experience would be customer care (B2B), inside sales, remote sales, sales operations support, sales assistant, call-center seller/ service representative or similar

You are self-motivated, flexible, quick learner, analytic thinker and problem solver

You are able to quickly "grasp business / healthcare environment and learn complex technical/ clinical content

Strong understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities, and achievement drive

Experience or skills: consultative interaction with customers, prospective customers and fellow employees

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers

Strong presentation / communication skills over the phone

Living up to 1 hour distance from our Eindhoven or Brussels office

Willingness to travel (up to max 20%) to selected local (NL/BE) accounts

**Nice to Haves**

Remote sales experience in Medical Devices or High-Tech environment is a plus

Field sales experience or customer service experience is a plus
