Medtronic is looking for a Reimbursement and Health Economics Program Manager to support Medtronic two Business Units in Russia: RTG (Restorative Therapies Group) and MITG (Minimally Invasive Therapies Group). Within this role, you will work together with highly motivated experienced Government Affairs Reimbursement Team in Russia and Swiss Headquarters respectively that support respective business units.


**A Day in Life**


**MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**


Develops and implements reimbursement strategies and programs for RTG and MITG businesses:

Provides reimbursement-related advice to marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical and business teams; identifies tariff opportunities, initiates health economics studies to evaluate the economic impact of the use of therapies/products on payers, including Federal Fund of Compulsory Insurance.

Acts as a full business partner with respective Business Units and contributes area of expertise to overall reimbursement product strategies.

Develops materials and supports BUs in communication with Key Accounts.

Identifies, develops, maintains and expands relationship with Health Policy key opinion leaders (KOLs) to facilitate market access.

Contributes as a member of the International Government Affairs and Reimbursement/Health Economics teams in order to share best practices and adopt relevant tools.

Provides reimbursement / health economics education and training to key internal and external audiences within Russia.


**Must Haves:**


Post graduate university degree in Economics, Health Economics, Science or Medicine.

Expert knowledge of the Russian Healthcare and Reimbursement systems (Russia, EU, global).

Working knowledge of statistical methods, epidemiology, outcomes research, critical analysis and quality of life methods.

Demonstrated experience with strong negotiation skills; influence management skills; ability to partner with internal and external businesses; presentation and facilitation skills.

Advanced level of English (both oral written)

Requires minimum of 10 years of relevant experience


**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**


Experience in the development and adaptation of economic models.

Experience of reimbursement / funding / market access applications in Russia.

Existing Network within local Health Economic Society.

Successful market access applications.

Understanding of Russian federal and regional quota system for medical procedure funding.

Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Results and quality orientation.

Customer focus.

Business acumen.

Relationships building and ability to work in team environment.

Effective communications in English (written and oral) and in Russian.

Presentation skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally (20% travelling mainly in the Russian regions for data collection and potentially to EU for Reimbursement meetings).
