Patients treated by interventional cardiologists are presenting with increasingly complex disease which requires our team to have a strong focus on providing innovative products and solutions that provide both a meaningful clinical and economic benefit. Use your product portfolio management skills to develop global marketing plans, launch our next generation drug-eluting stent, lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and reach physician customers through new digital channels to drive impact in this $4B market.

**A Day in the Life**


**Product Management**


You will define portfolio marketing plans designed to meet business goals and ensure successful response from customers.


You will prepare and execute the launch of our next generation drug eluting stent.


You will develop unique positioning and messaging for the specific brands and determine how they fit in the overall stent portfolio.


You will identify and champion new and creative approaches to marketing opportunities and challenges including development and execution of innovative multi-channel campaigns.


You will monitor competitive trends and activities and oversee regional execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives.


You will manage resourcing, timelines and budgets associated with your projects.


You will independently direct projects and manage multiple responsibilities while simultaneously maintaining a clear focus on objectives and financial performance expectations.


**Customer Engagement and Understanding**


In engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), you will actively participate and lead advisory board meetings related to the coronary product portfolio and keep in frequent contact with KOLs to incorporate their input into your marketing plans.


You will represent the voice of the customer and drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis to guide insights and decision-making.


You will meet with customers and geographic partners to develop and execute customer and sales force strategies and tactics.


You will provide expert support to customers through regional customer programs and key account visits.


**Cross-functional Collaboration**


You will work in close collaboration with global marketing peers to ensure alignment on account targeting and segmentation, pricing, forecasting and evidence dissemination globally.


You will provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports, content, and presentations regarding marketing initiatives.


You will provide expert support to global sales marketing teams via sales training and help with execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.


You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand, define and drive key elements of marketing and launch plans including market research, supply forecasting, tracking RD updates, and evidence generation and communication.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of product marketing experience to be considered (5 years with Advanced Degree).


**Nice to Have:**


MBA or other Advanced Degree.


Technical aptitude, specifically in the cardiovascular space and/or the clinical environment would be ideal.


Product launch experience with ability to create and execute innovative multi-channel marketing programs, including the use of new approaches and media in medical/clinical marketing.


Strong measurement orientation including the use of metrics to determine overall marketing program success.
