We are seeking a dynamic, competitive and passionate **Global Product Manager** to help improve the lives of people suffering from heart failure. This role will lead the global launch of TriageHF, a heart failure management platform designed to help clinicians easily identify high-risk HF patients; allowing for prioritized patient intervention. Better detection of high-risk patients may lead to fewer heart failure hospitalizations, better healthcare economics and improved quality of life.

**A Day in the Life:**

Develop and execute global launch plans as well as initiatives and programs that will help drive share and revenue for the Defibrillation Solutions (DS) Integrated Operating Unit (IOU)

Formulate TriageHF segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging against competitive offerings and develop/execute bold competitive blunting campaigns.

Engage the key opinion leader customer segment to participate in speaking engagements and promotional/educational peer to peer events.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medtronic field teams to provide support and execute on commercial launch initiatives.

Engage and partner with the global CRM marketing teams to educate, promote and champion TriageHF in local markets.

Align with and support the Go To Market Operations and Patient and Field Services teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience

Align with and support the clinical affairs team on TriageHF evidence generation.

Maintain a current understanding of the evolving technology trends, heart failure management methods and consumer health trends.

Implement and manage TriageHF metrics to ensure global commercial success.

Manage resourcing, timelines and budgets associated with projects tied to TriageHF.

Provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports, content, and presentations regarding marketing initiatives.

Identify and champion new and creative approaches to business, operations and marketing opportunities and challenges.

Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are applicable. Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure system compliance and high-quality work.

Travel up to 30%, domestic and international (as travel policies evolve due to COVID19).

**Must Haves:**

Bachelors Degree

4+ years experience in a Marketing, Sales, or technical role (2 years with Advanced Degree)

Experience developing and implementing marketing launch plans

Project management experience

**Nice to Have:**

MBA or advanced degree

Previous Medtronic or medical device industry experience preferred

Proven ability to work in, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams

Global launch experience ideally with software or digital products

Experience interfacing and presenting to all leadership levels, including customers

Previous experience with the health care system and selling to economic buyers
