We are hiring an early to mid career marketing talent to manage global, market leading off-pump coronary artery bypass product lines and programs. If you enjoy development and autonomy, this is the role for you. You will be empowered to quickly learn and be a subject matter expert in coronary artery disease therapies and markets. Develop your product portfolio management skills to create marketing plans, improve product offerings and construct and execute launch plans. You will work closely with Medtronic Sales Reps who carry these products and have broad exposure across the business. In this role, you will also collaborate with Geography Marketing Teams and Sales Operations in creating market development plans to increase life-saving therapy adoption and market share in the global market.


**A Day in the Life**


You will help develop global marketing and promotional plans designed to ensure successful response from key customers and drive the implementation of these plans with local marketing and sales management.


Conduct market research to analyze competitive activity and work to identify key strategic segments and messaging for product lines.


You will meet with customers, geographic partners and field sales representatives to develop and execute sales force strategies and tactics.


In engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), you will actively participate in advisory board meetings related to Cardiac Surgery products and keep in frequent contact with KOLs to incorporate their input into your strategic plans.


You will help lead support of key Cardiac Surgery congresses interact with and influence the top clinical leaders in our field.


You will prepare selling and product positioning materials to support the sales force and maintain frequent communication with them, providing high-value product and market insights.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of marketing, sales or technical experience (2 years with Advanced Degree)


Product management or project management experience


**Nice to Have:**


MBA


Experience in medical device marketing


Product Launch experience


Strong technical aptitude, specifically in medical device and/or the clinical environment would be ideal


Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce


Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is also desired
