We are hiring a **Global Product Manager** who will be a part of the Cardiac Pacing Therapies (CPT) Commercial marketing team to manage our Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Pacemaker (CRT-P) device portfolio. You will manage device therapies throughout the product life cycle collaborating cross-functionally with business partners in upstream marketing, market development, channel marketing, clinical marketing, marketing communications, finance, sales, supply chain, RD, and medical education.

A Day in the Life
Develop, implement and execute marketing strategies to launch new programs, ensure effective product placement, increase market share, drive accurate forecasting and increase global sales
Formulate and execute business short- and long-term plans, goals and objectives for the CRT-P device portfolio
Develop robust knowledge of CRT-P products and be the internal and external champion
Identify and develop opportunities to drive further global penetration of our therapies
Lead proactive communication strategy with the US CRHF field and global partners to keep a pulse on the current business (implants, revenue) through process creation and implementation
Define marketing and pricing strategies and drive execution to ensure portfolio growth, address market needs, and support the global sales teams
Develop and execute global Marketing plans required to continue to build and expand the CPT business, and support product and program launches
Design, develop, and execute creative marketing campaigns and market development initiatives to raise awareness, differentiate, and demonstrate the value of our portfolio to drive further therapy penetration
Drive global commercial excellence by delivering top line revenue and implant growth through customer-centric initiatives and managing bottom line COGS and portfolio lifecycle costs
Partner with the other functions across Medtronic to deliver programs highlighting the clinical and economic value of Medtronic pacemaker products and features
Build and maintain productive relationships with the Global field, as well as Physician opinion leaders and customers
Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, alignment and full integration of all disciplines required to support successful Marketing plan execution and achievement of CPT business goals
Ability to travel up to 25%
**Must Have:**
Bachelors degree
4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or technical experience (2 years with an Advanced Degree)
Demonstrated product and/or program management experience with the skills to successfully lead global and/or cross-functional teams
**Nice to Have:**
MBA
Strong financial and business acumen
Analytical and results oriented
Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
Clinical/technical understanding of cardiac therapies and/or medical devices
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is desired
Experience with leading cross-functional teams and presenting to various levels of the organization including external customers
