The Medtronic Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) business is working to change the way advanced heart failure is managed to improve patients lives around the world. We are seeking a dynamic, talented globally focused Product Manager to support current MCS product as well as new product launches. In this role, you will be responsible for: overall portfolio management, product positioning and messaging, channel strategies, training planning, KOL strategies, forecasts and obsolescence planning.

**A Day in the Life:**

Formulates and reviews MCS business short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.

Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.

Develops marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.

Lead cross-functional launch teams to bring product to markets across the globe, including but not limited to launches in Europe, US, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Works with other functions to finalize product specifications and support launch

Partner with clinical and regulatory team to prioritize claims strategy, support regulatory submissions, and commercialization objectives.

Develop a comprehensive launch dashboard to measure launch progress against goals.

Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.

Partner with upstream product development partners to provide commercial learning and future product requirements.

Engage with the sales organization to ensure all stakeholders needs are being addressed as part of the launch strategy.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors Degree

4+ years of experience with marketing, sales or technical experience (2 years with Masters)

Product Launch and Project Management experience

**Nice to Have:**


Clinical/technical understanding cardiac therapies and medical device

Experience leading global complex projects and project teams
