in Baltic countries.

**A Day in the Life**


We are looking for a result driven, team-oriented and
dynamic colleague to fill out an open position within our RTG(Restorative Therapies Group)team. If you have
an entrepreneurial mindset, strong knowledge from the medical device industry (preferably
within the neurosurgery, spine or otolaryngology sector), we encourage you to
apply.The main purpose of this role is to promote the innovative range of Medtronic
RTG therapies and solutions in the area of Baltic countries.


The jobholder will lead the market adoption efforts in
the RTG field. The role will include market
research, local market update
presentations, customers and distributors support and education, new product launches,
services and solutions development by building strong relationships.


For this role you need to be located prefferably in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia.


Key responsibilities:


+ Gather market knowledge, healthcare economics data in Balticcountires

+ Identify and network with reliablechannels to findthe filed for the new therapies and solutions implementation

+ Thoroughly understand the products and solutions to beable to promote surgical synergy approach.

+ Partners with internal stakeholders to set short- andlong-term strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs.

+ Provides flow of information to and from the field

+ Assists partners/clients throughout the sales processprovided/received by them in their activities, such as market development,marketing,advertising, product promotions and training.

+ Provide proper level of adoption of RTG therapies withinlocal HCP, support distributors operations, represent MDT entity in front oftherapy users, participate in tender preparation with distributors, taking careof accuracy of offer.

+ Manage relationships and ensure close collaboration withKOLs to maximize therapy and product adoption.

+ Work in thefield across the region on routine basis.

+ Present RTG portfolioto clients, conduct product presentations and clinical in-services and nursesupport staff.

+ Identify growth potential in your region.

+ Identify and execute necessary initiatives including workshops,symposia, etc., that will increase awareness and ultimate adoption.

+ Prepare business strategies for existing and potential accounts.

+ Implement marketing messages.

+ Identify and address relevant patient organizations etc., specialistphysicians, as well as key referralsphysicians to drive patient growth.Attend and participate in key professionalcongresses, patient congresses and events, as required.

+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally, adapt and changeplans when necessary.


**Must Haves and Nice toHaves:**


+ Extensive experience in medical devices field.

+ Fluency in English and Russian.

+ Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.

+ Clinical competency, ability to confidently interact in a scientificenvironment with multiple stakeholders.

+ Professional Business acumen and Strategic thinking skills.

+ Planning, organization and prioritization of tasks skills.

+ Independency, commitment and accountability for implementation,result-driven, hands-on.

+ Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment.

+ Engagement, team spirit, can-do attitude.

+ Excellent relationship building skills.

+ Willing to travel intensively.

+ Driving Licence.


**Niceto haves:**


+ Knowledge of neurosurgery, orthopaedics or otolaryngology.

+ Nursing experience or nursing/physician assistant.

+ Clinical Specialist experience.

+ Master in marketing/biomedical engineering/business highly valued (anadvantage).
