We are currently searching for a **Facilities Program Manager** to work from our Operations Headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.


**A Day in the Life**


In this exciting role, you will be responsible for facilities program management across 13 Medtronic sites in the greater Minneapolis area. You will provide program leadership to internal and contracted facilities teams, interact with employees at all levels including executives, and oversee suppliers. You will provide oversight and evaluate performance of the facilities move, add and change program. You will also be responsible for leading strategic facilities initiatives and projects.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


+ Leading the delivery of various facilities services and projects utilizing internal and contacted staff.

+ Leading ongoing development, and implementation of business processes and programs to ensure needs internal customers are consistently met or exceeded.

+ Leading the facilities move, add, change program for the region.

+ Planning and management of annual expense and capital budgets, completes monthly financial accruals and forecasts.

+ Workingcross functionally in a matrixed organization to develop and maintain consistent standards, identify opportunities for improvement and execution

+ Developing and maintaining relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, including executive management.

+ Assisting in the development and implementing integrated service models using business systems, processes, personnel and external service providers.

+ Recommending and implementing new technologies, standards and procedures.

+ Ensuringthat all environmental and health and safety practices are followed.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large facilities programs, projects and initiatives or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of the same experience.


**Nice to Have**


+ Experience with supplier management and KPIs

+ Experience with furniture systems

+ Experience with space management on large scale

+ Experience managing in a matrixed corporate environment.

+ Experience with financial planning/management/forecasting

+ Experience leading large teams

+ Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

+ Excellent customer service

+ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

+ Analytical/ problem resolution experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

+ Experience communicating at all levels of an organization
