We are excited to be hiring a seasoned Executive Assistant to join our Executive Committee! In this role, you will provide expertise and proficient administrative support to the Executive Assistant Lead for the former CEO. You will independently perform complex and diverse administrative duties. Daily activities may include interaction with high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Email Management: Monitor incoming emails and address or re-direct emails as appropriate.

+ Calendar Management and Coordination: Maintain a calendar of Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, Society Meetings, and other ongoing commitments as well as respond to meeting requests in a timely manner.

+ Domestic and International Travel Logistics: Conduct travel research and advance planning, process visa applications and other travel documentation in a timely manner. and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, trip itineraries, and prepare expense reports.

+ Documents and Presentations: Draft brief correspondence of a routine nature, prepare and edit presentation materials for senior-level meetings, reports, and documents, sometimes with limited direction.

+ Office Management: Manage and oversee effective and efficient office management.

+ Special projects as assigned.

+ Some international travel may be required.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Minimum of 10 years of administrative supportexperience

**Nice to Have**

+ Experience with processing passports and visas

+ Ability to work independently with little guidance, anticipating next steps, taking initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment.

+ Demonstrateeffective interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.

+ Ability to interact effectively with VP/C-Suite level executives both internally and externally

+ Demonstrated complex problem solving skills

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill

+ Strong teamwork, communication, andcollaboration skills

+ Flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment

+ Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive tasks

+ Proficient computer skills in Word and PowerPoint
