As the Equipment Management Engineering Manager in our Plymouth, MN site, you will lead a team of ambitious equipment maintenance technicians to meet competing site priorities. Peripheral Vascular Health offers treatment for vascular abdominal and thoracic aortic disease and interventional devices used to treat Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) through catheter-based procedures and diagnostic technologies.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Plans, directs and resources equipment maintenance activities.

+ May develop, evaluate, implement and maintain maintenance program standards.

+ Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.

+ Partners with suppliers for effective delivery of resources, materials or expertise in pursuit of improved equipment effectiveness.

+ Monitors documentation and records in support of unsurpassed quality.

+ Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery of milestone activities.

+ Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Experience managing 24-hour operations

+ Experience in manufacturing leadership roles

+ Experience managing inventory and replenishment operations

+ Ability to lead DMAIC A3 problem solving processes

+ Ability to recognize and support site priorities

+ Demonstrated LEAN manufacturing deployment and execution gains

+ Metals manufacturing and capital intense manufacturing processes

+ Experience in medical manufacturing under FDA/GMP conditions in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices

+ Ability to establish relationships and develop beneficial networks outside of the value stream
