**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Designs E-Commerce customer experience, functionalities and services aligned with Medtronic digital strategy and with a strong alignment to customers needs

Collects needs through customers surveys and from Medtronic Businesses, Functions and Regions

Formalizes Business Requirements with the support of relevant internal or external stakeholders

Defines the E-Store roadmap, integrating customer benefits and business value criterias as prioritization elements

Provides guidance and direction to development teams, participates to User Acceptance Tests and validate deliverables

Develops insights into customer's digital behaviors

Builds communication and guidebooks for new features evolutions

Performs assessment of evolutions based on pre-defined KSFs or KPIs

Manages digital consultants, agencies and vendors

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or related field of study

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

E-Commerce experience in a B2B environment with international exposure

A thorough understanding of personas, customer journey maps, marketing segmentation, and rules-based communications to better serve the various audiences.

Fluent in English

**Nice to Have**

Knowledge of Hybris

Past experience in the healthcare industry
