A new exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer
Service Representative to join our team in Watford. In this role you will be providing
day-to-day support in Medtronic's Order-To-Cash processes (orders, disputes
credits, enquiries, returns, monitoring) as well as Supply Chain
processes (PAR level, carrier scheduling) through analytical and operational

You will be providing a professional level of support
to the Shared Service Centre, Field sales staff and customers by possessing a
broad knowledge of Medtronic products, processes, tools and policies and the
ability to monitor product information flows as well as resolving issues.

**Day in the Life**

Main responsibilities
may include but are not limited to:

+ Being proactive with internal external customers.

+ Maintaining departmental Service Level Agreements andKey Performance Indicators.

+ Responsibility for handling all incoming calls, takingownership through to resolution.

+ Handling all incoming e-mails to shared mailboxes,prioritizing urgent enquiries / orders.

+ Ensuring even distribution of workload between theteam.

+ Responsibility for issue resolution and reactivecommunication towards the customer, including coordination of the issuesespecially with Shared Service Centre and Field based teams.

+ Responsibility for logging and resolving disputedinvoices with credit / debit notes, if required.

+ Working collaboratively with the Share Service Centreto ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met and maintained.

+ Contributing to process improvement / standardization(internal/external).

**Must Haves**

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent.

+ 1-3 + years work experience in an office environment.

+ Being familiar with audit and compliancy regulations.

+ Good communication skills (telephone email).

+ Proactive personality.

+ Problem solving skills.

**Nice to Haves**

+ Experience using: SAPand MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Good knowledge of the local healthcare system would bepreferred.

+ Previous customer service experience.
