Citi's North America Consumer Business Operational Risk and Control (NA - CBORC) organization drives consistency for addressing Operational Risk and Control issues within the North America Consumer Businesses (NACB). NA-CBORC fosters a culture of control, customer centricity and accountability by leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate regulatory, reputational and operational risks. As a First Line of Defense function this person will need to build trusted relationships with Business Leaders, Process Owners, other NA and Global CBORC colleagues as well as Second and Third Line partners while establishing a credible contact for Regulators.

Within Citi's NA Consumer Banking Business, the Credit Bureau Utility has responsibility for managing the end credit bureau processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, efficiency, control and compliance in all interactions with key stakeholders including Citi businesses, Customers, Credit Bureau and Regulatory Agencies.


The Credit Bureau Consumption Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting spend file management, application and entitlement management, subscriber code management and controls, Third Party Risk and Issue management, and centralizing and managing credit bureau KRIs. This individual will be responsible for conducting analysis and drawing insights on a vast array of Credit Bureau topics and produce monthly and quarterly reporting information. In addition this individual is responsible for developing controls for Citibank North America for Credit Bureau Access and subscriber code management. This includes carrying out policy and procedures set forth for Citi Consumer businesses to access and use Credit Bureau information. Candidate will partner with businesses to implement controls and processes to ensure Credit Bureau information is being used correctly for permissible purpose. This individual will also be responsible for supporting analysis of spend and volume data for products consumed by Citi to maintain cost expectations and unit cost stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible to accomplish the following:


Support spend file management and analysis

· Obtain data from bureaus and internal teams to update spend file on a monthly basis

· Audit bureau provided data to ensure accuracy and integrity for use in downstream processes

· Furnish data for monthly QlikView dashboard update

· Derive consistent spend reporting for line of business stakeholders for quarterly review meetings

Application and entitlement management

· Assist with trouble tickets related to downtime of bureau portals and e-Oscar

· Serve as application manager for bureau portals

· Work with EERS/GIDA team to ensure appropriate entitlement controls are in place

· Create and manage entitlement controls until a systemic solution can be implemented

Subcode management

· Manage P&P for subcode process and e-Oscar entitlements

· Perform quarterly procedure attestations

· Work with bureaus to manage subcodes i.e. add, update, deactivate/delete

· Perform quarterly subcode audit and root/cause analysis of anomalies

Third Party Risk and issue management

· Participate in annual on-site TPRM audits

Centralize Credit Bureau KRIs

· Consolidate and manage currently disparate dashboards and reports

· Develop monthly monitoring and reporting for distribution to internal stakeholders



· 5 years of financial services industry experience or equivalent business experience required.

· Ability to drive both support and independent responsibility functions.

· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining run the engine activities.

· Effective communication skills.

· Experience in working with data to draw insights and influence the business to take action.

· Ability to independently and effectively work across all levels of management as well as various internal information providers, functions and geographies.

· Excellent data and procedural preparation and delivery skills.

· Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate several reports/projects at once.

· Strong experience with Excel including the use of pivot tables and the creation of charts.

· Strong matrix management skills, ability to manage upward in the organization

· Innovative. Well versed in developing new ideas and improving current processes
