**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Provides overall strategic and executional focus on imperatives for commercial excellence for the country of Vietnam.

+ Create and executes a process for statistical analysis on customer/sales/competitive data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.

+ Closely works with the local stakeholders Business heads, cluster head to ensure all the strategies and aspects are aligned with the local teams and EM comex.

+ Keeps a clear executional focus on the various projects that need to be driven by the country and works with different stakeholders to keep ensuring they meet the deadlines of execution.

+ Appreciates and understands the importance of processes, data analytics and insights.

+ Can work with the local teams and EM team to create a strong process around data analytics and insights on a regular basis for business heads.

+ Is someone who is able to execute projects on the ground himself/herself especially related to SFDC process implementation.

+ An added advantage will be if the candidate has worked on any CRM before and managed the tool across the sales organization.



+ Manages subordinate supervisors and/or experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

+ Provides tactical and / or operational leadership and coaching.

+ Receives assignments in task and objective oriented terms.

+ Establishes operational plans and implements policies and strategies.

+ Decisions impact program schedules, customer satisfaction levels, or allocation of time, material resources, expenditures and funds.

+ May have budget or PL accountability for a department, function or geography.

+ Proposes modifications to functional operating policies and day-to-day processes.

+ Problems and issues faced are complex, difficult and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.

+ Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors regarding ongoing operations.

+ Uses information exchange, influence and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties .

+ May interact on issues that have externally shared objectives.

**Leadership and Talent Management:**

+ May manage a team consisting of supervisors and / or experienced professionals in the Specialist career stream.

+ Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

+ Authorizes hiring, firing, promotion and reward within own area.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

**Your Profile**

+ Requires a bachelors degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.

**Nice to Have**

+ Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.

+ Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
