Due to multiple product launches and installation of our monitoring, power and navigation capital, we are looking to recruit 2 Clinical Specialists to join this highly successful and collaborative team!


**A Day in the Life**


The ENT Clinical Specialist will provide superior customer service, clinical support and education, whilst assisting in the achievement of sales revenues and market share targets across our NSW territory. This role will offer the opportunity to be trained and gain experience in supporting our market leading technology across a broad range of ENT procedures. As a Clinical Specialist you will be embarking on a wonderful career with Medtronic and delivering life changing outcomes for patients.


**Key responsibilities include:**


+ Providing case support and education for Nerve Monitoring, ENT Power tools, General and Navigated ENT surgery.

+ Assisting Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support.

+ In consultation with Territory Managers and Divisional Staff, assisting with technical in-services and presentations to customers.

+ Facilitating and conducting Nurse education days both internally and externally.

+ Supporting Territory Managers with inventory control, including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.

+ Supporting Territory Managers account sales strategies through regular contact with key specialists and technical staff.

+ Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating this to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.

+ Ensuring the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.

+ Ensuring a thorough understanding of and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.

+ Ensuring that work conducted in the division/department/unit is undertaken in a manner that protects the OHS of staff and visitors including contractors who have been engaged to provide a service.

+ Monitoring field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand

+ Completing cycle counts of all required field locations on time and follow up on any missing stock

+ Retrieving all expiring product from field locations and returning stock to the warehouse prior to expiry.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Proven experience in nursing, clinical or medical device industry setting

+ Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Professional presentation / presence.

+ The ability to interact and participate in a team environment, whilst also working autonomously.

+ A self-motivated and positive attitude

+ The ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists, customers and peers

+ Effective time management and organizational skills.

+ Bachelors degree qualifications essential.
