The Global Benefit COE focuses on developing/designing and implementing/deploying employee benefits for our 90,000 employees. The Global Benefits COE is responsible for ensuring benefits align to Tenet 5 of the mission and meet the following objectives: market competitive, financially sustainable, global approach with local relevance, fosters employee engagement, effectively communicated to increase awareness and understanding of offerings and aligns with the business strategy. The Global Benefit COE collaborates with many stakeholders including regional Total Reward leaders, Benefit Operations and Finance.


**A Day in the Life**


You will be responsible for the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Develop and design employee benefit offerings (may include all or some of the following: vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical/dental coverage, wellness programs, long-term disability, group life insurance, supplemental retirement programs, saving programs, pension programs, unemployment and leaves of absence)

+ Partner with Benefit Operations to implement new programs.

+ Evaluate current programs through research, survey and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive and current.

+ May develop and/or review employee benefit communications.

+ Ensure internal and external compliance with local legislation, benefit regulations and company policies.

+ Provide interactive support with payroll to ensure proper payment, funding and taxation of employee benefits programs.

+ May analyze claims history to develop preventative programs designed to lower overall health and sickness insurance costs.

+ Supports special projects as needed.


As a Benefits analyst you will have a focus on continuous improvement and will work closely with the Benefit Operations coordinator, Regional Benefits COE leader, AskHR and other COEs to achieve solutions/improvements for all processes/tasks associated with Benefits.


You will interact with internal and external business partners on matters requiring coordination and collaboration between departments and outside vendors.


**Must Haves**


We are looking
for a qualified person with advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth
and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance,
Business, Economics or Actuarial Science. Relevant experience at least 4 years
with some experience in European Benefits in major multinational company and/or
top tier benefit consulting firm. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages would be an
asset.


You must be a
dynamic team player with an interest to further develop within an international
HR environment. You must be able to work effectively and proactively across
teams.


You will
demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate and create alignment,
generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer whilst fostering
diversity inclusion in everything that you do. You are a strong problem
solver with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. You like to
work in a fast-based environment using your own initiative. You have strong
attention to details and have strong competency level in PC software (Microsoft
Office Suite, online resources, online database).
