This role will provide specific focus and attention to conversion excellence by creating, directing and supporting full conversion strategies, recognizing quicker revenue earnings for the MITG Remote Sales team.
**A Day in the Life**
The Remote Sales Conversion Specialist will report directly to the Director of Remote Sales and is expected to assist in the development and implementation of conversion excellence strategies, maintenance of business strategies and content development of virtual training and education resources. The Remote Sales Conversion Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and participating in all customer facing education requests and high-level business reviews and discussions at key accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, and other appropriate functions to develop and execute implementation plans for converting new customers for the Remote Sales Team, with specific attention to the Respiratory Monitoring Solutions, Airway portfolio.
+ Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, and other appropriate functions to develop and execute maintenance of business education strategy plans to protect base of business for the Remote Sales Team, with specific attention to the Respiratory Monitoring Solution, Airway portfolio.
+ Establish self as main point of contact for customer education needs, by coordinating and participating customer facing education requests.
+ Increase penetration and drive incremental sales for Airway portfolio
Assist with various Sales Marketing projects and initiatives, including:
oDistributor Initiative Programs
oGPO compliance and pricing proposals/notifications
oDiscontinued products/sub projects
oCross Referencing
oIn-servicing
oMailers
oCoverage of open territories
oComplete sales projects and reports when requested by management
oMeet/exceed sales goals and other performance objectives
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ 0 years of experience required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services
**Nice to Have**
+ Training and/or experience in marketing, sales and/or business strategy is a plus.
+ 1+ Year of Sales and Healthcare experience is preferred.
+ Position requires organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
+ Ability to travel 50% of time with overnight stays as needed
+ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
+ Excellence with written and verbal communication skills and comfort in presentation skills to internal and external audiences.
+ Excellent written/verbal communication skills; as direct interaction with customers, Internal Associates, and Field Sales personnel is part of the job responsibility.
+ Ability to work independently after suitable training and direction given.
+ Ability to present findings in both written and verbal presentation format.
