As an Assembler, you will be a part of a team structure that assembles devices
in accordance with manufacturing and quality assurance procedures, under direct
supervision. Performs various other area tasks according to training and
department needs. The job is typically
performed inside of a Controlled Environment Area (Clean room). This position
has the responsibility and authority to, under general supervision, learn and
perform assembly to company standard per build documentation.

**A Day in the Life** (Day-to-Day

In this exciting role you will:

+ Performs a variety of tasks ranging fromrepetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronicand/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels,drawers, frames, and cables.

+ Works from visual aids, method layouts,diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assemblyinstructions.

+ Sets initial layouts, and uses hand and/or powertools, jigs, and saws.

+ Makes continuity checks on work in process andcompleted.

+ May conduct quality inspections on processingline in accordance with quality specifications.

+ May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, andtest experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according tospecifications and under simulated conditions.

+ Notifies lead/Supervisor of any problemsencountered. Participates in problem solving activities as required.

+ Gains and applies knowledge of product assemblyprocedures and documentation (i.e. Drawings, routers, BOMs, etc.) for multipleproduct types and processes in given functional area.

+ Achieves good working knowledge of tools andequipment necessary to assemble product. Ensures tooling and equipment is usedper applicable documentation.

+ Keeps accurate records of work performed,products produced and traceability.

+ Learns safety procedures and applies necessarysafety rules to work area and assembly process, including information containedin MSDS.

**Must Have**
Minimum Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 0+ years of experience required

+ Pass English Language Assessment

**Nice to Have**
Preferred Qualifications

+ Basic reading comprehension in English languageand basic math

+ Ability to complete required companydocumentation accurately

+ Very good manual dexterity skills

+ Willingness to be flexible, team oriented andopen minded to new processes or changes in direction

+ Previous experience within a team environment,desire for collaboration in order to problem solve and achieve businessobjectives
