As an
Alliance Account Manager you will promote the Surgical Innovation (SI) product
portfolio to drive revenue at the C-suite and hospital executive level.
You will have primary responsibility for C-suite and hospital executive
relationships, understanding their challenges, targeting Surgical Innovation solutions,
and developing and executing cross-SI portfolio contracts for these
opportunities.


**A Day in the Life**


We offer you a position
where you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:


+ Develop and maintainpartnerships within Alliance accounts to understand, align, and supportcustomer initiatives, identify optimal SI solutions, close business, andsolidify our contract position. Assigned accounts may include largeacademic and regional medical centers and competitive accounts

+ Coordinate and collaborate withregionally aligned field sales team to drive incremental SI revenue andachieve target sales goals

+ Act as contracting expert forcross-SI portfolio sales opportunities within assigned regions

+ Partner with internalcontracting, pricing, and finance teams and utilize available analyticstools to drive account strategy and sales execution

+ Creatively position andincorporate value-delivering program offerings, including equipmentagreements and leasing options

+ Partner with the StrategicPortfolio Solutions team to drive MITG strategy, focusing oncross-divisional opportunities to expand SI revenue and increase overallMedtronic footprint

+ Effectively utilize and updatesales tools to manage strategic business plans

+ Provide individualizedconsultation to customer regarding the clinical and economic value of the SIportfolio

+ Complete all assigned projectsand administrative duties in a timely manner

+ Consistently maintain allVendor Credentialing requirements


Must Have: Minimum
Requirements


+ Bachelors degree (B.A. orB.S.) from a four-year college or university

+ 5 years of Medicalsales experience


Nice to Haves


+ 3+ consecutive years ofdocumented sales quota attainment

+ People management aspiration

+ Conversion expertise
